Memories.... I made two chairs just like these many, many moons ago, they were sold in kitset by one of the big hardware/building supply stores. An absolute delight to relax in and I have to say I miss them. As a Kennedy fan in the 60's the Cape Cod style always appealed to me. My tastes have since changed but the feeling of relaxing always comes to mind seeing them. Perhaps they really remind me of the palm leaves I have grown up with to the right. Lesley Expat Kiwi
