  2. Looks like a great place for a walk at night. I love the old-looking street lamps, lots of character.

Are you on aperture mode with the D200 Ben? At ISO450 and f/2.8 noise levels are non-existent which is a BIG plus for night shots more so low light situations.
It's a good shot/composition though I might have given more space at the top of the image and bracketed perhaps the bottom of the steps as the point of focus. That may have provided more detail/sharpness in the foreground also providing a sense of dimensional depth in the image while allowing a stronger composition with a graduation of night lights to black night sky in more space at the top of the image[?]

  5. Cheers GE.
Well, I'm not limiting this blog for CDP regulations. So not quite the CDP, but you are welcome to include this in your list.

    Thanks for comment, Jam, Don.
I took this just after we finished dinner at near by cafe. It is a very good place to go out.

    Ndiginiz,
This particular one is in aperture mode with Auto ISO. I did set to Manual for little more faster speed (1/60) but I pick this over the one with more higher ISO setting. You have a really good eye.
Thanks for comment for composition. I guess, what I tried to do with this image is that showing feel of square and yellowish old lamp. Your suggestion make sense for providing the detail of steps, and cathedral. Also, it could enhance emphasis the overall feelings as well.
Thanks again for such a good comment.
