  1. This is a nice composition, Ben. That's an interesting white boat!

  2. What a novel idea - half a boat used as a bench seat. The waterfront is a great place to find photographic subjects. You chose the best vantage point to show its use as a seat.

  3. I think this is the other half of the boat I posted a few months ago. LOL. Great b&w shot.

  4. Great photo, keeps me wondering if the boat was thrown there by a storm or put there by design?

  5. I like this, but I have to admit to wondering why the boat was split in half until I read in the comments and now realize it's used for seating. Totally outside my experience and I couldn't wrap my brain around why only half a boat.

I really like this shot a lot.

  6. Thanks, every one. I titled the photograph in English and Japanese. At the Japanese side the it says "Bench", sot it is obvious to Japanese reading people. I think English version of title on this picture is better.

It was so cold and windy outside. So, I didn't have a coffer at there, but if the day is warm and nice, It will be a great place to relax.

  7. Not sure, may be from a cold wind.
Ok, my previous comments get more like my other photoblog.

This bench is situated at the front yard of beach lodge. It facing to the lodge and I assume it is very handy if we do outside party with BBQ in summer season. Anyway, it was the fist time I sow this half a boat and I think it was brilliant idea to use as a bench in beach front accommodation.

Green lawn and little bush as a shelter, this white bench is so photogenic. I did take a shot from veranda of the lodge.

I did converted to B&W instead of using original colour (which is also not so bad), to give more space for imagination.

    Thanks for visit.

  8. You did well in removing the colour from this photograph! It's so peaceful and laconic! I love the lighting of the sea.

    Cheers
