    Really nice composition for this contrastive juxtaposition of forms Ben. The small tuff of grass another little contrast by natural design. Tones look well affected by light given the image depth and volume.

    I changed my view point to lower position for this. I also aimed to get some contrast of soft to hard material in one frame.

  3. I like this one a lot. Not only the interesting subject matter, but your B&W treatment.

    I've been reading lately about the early years of people like Ansel Adams and Edward Weston and how they approached their darkroom work was of particular interest to me. This reminds me of their work in that it covers the complete range of tones from absolute white to jet black.
