  2. The Green and the Yellow ones are totally unlike your style. Interesting what a new camera makes you do!

  13. Thank you very much for all those kind comment and thanks for suggestion, Moi.
This is the end of series (for now) but I promise to get back to the this theme. It's kind of fun to take an abstract with a Macro lens in just concentrating the single colour in mind.

  14. Ben, I'm so happy to have stumbled upon your photoblog. This is a stunning macro, and the overlapping portions of the leaf look like intersecting roads. Your work is incredible, and I look forward to exploring your archives when I have more time.

  15. This looks like a perfect specimen. The lines flow so nicely in this design. I am suspecting that some of the light at least is from behind the leaf and so is giving some glow to it. A beautiful natural design.

  16. Ben I hope you have this printed real big and hung on a very very large pure white wall... anything less would do the photo an injustice
    I love it !!!!!

  17. Thanks!

It's it a backlit and no flash. I picked young lief of "Piece Lilly" placed by the window. The colour is slightly adjusted by Lightroom to enhance a glow.
